EAA Theatre Workshop and Wandertag in Yspertal
Classes 4G1 and 4G2 travelled to Yspertal for two days of immersion in English-speaking activities with their KVs Verena Schneeweis and Monika Kraus, and native speaker William Potter. On the first day the students participated in an English language theatre workshop led by an Irish actor from Vienna’s English Theatre, played games and made dramatic interpretations of five scenes from the play Peter Pan in groups.
In the evening the students played a detective game in the grounds of the house of NÖ Feuerwehrjugend and the teachers read them stories by flashlight. It was very scary, they thought. After a few winks of sleep in mattress rooms, the students cooked a hearty breakfast together and went for a hike in the valley.
Happy days for students and teachers alike!
